Her own successful career in Hudson Valley real estate prompted Pat Hyland to develop an expanded line of real estate-related services for brokers in Ulster County.
Staging Services
Pat's love of home and keen sense of design served her clients well during the sale of over a hundred homes in the Hudson Valley. That experience with buyers made Pat keenly aware of what they find most appealing... and what prompts them to shut down and turn off. This ongoing career with buyers is an invaluable asset in Pat's perspective on staging. Training as an Accredited Staging Professional further honed her unique skill set of talent, experience and ability. It is not unusual for a home that has previously languished on the market, to sell quickly after her staging. Details of what is offered can be found on the "Staging Services" page of this website.
Floor Plans
One of the many things realtors have learned from the web is that buyers are most apt to visit homes that offer them specific information on the web prior to coming to see them in person. After visiting several homes in one day, it is then not unusual for those same buyers to confuse the features of the homes they have seen. The easiest way to be sure your home is chosen, and remembered clearly, is to provide a floor plan along with your realtor's listing sheet. Pricing for these plans is determined by size of home and level of detail in the plan. if you think you might be interested, please call or email Pat directly to discuss specifics. The general price range is $50 to $250.

This part of our business is limited to Realtors. And since your realtor might choose your closing gift from our selection, we don't want to ruin the surprise.
