Staging Services Rate Card

1) The "Look/See" ~ $50 A one-hour consultation with the owner of the property during which we provide, hints, tips and suggestions on what can be done to make the property "pop" in the eyes of a buyer.

2) Written Staging Evaluation Report ~ $150 $225 w/virtual tour from AgapaeMedia A room by room analysis of staging tips is developed specifically for your home. Recommendations for re-arranging, adding and/or removing furniture, , and actions you can take to make your home even more appealing to buyers. 3) Preparation plus Implementation of Staging Evaluation Report - $350 - $500 $450-600 w/virtual tour from AgapaeMedia This service provides the same report as described above. The difference being that implementation will involve hands-on work by the Stager. Decorative accessories as well as bed & bath linens for display at showings will be provided. In some circumstance, the Stager might also provide incidental pieces of furniture. One-half of the fee is due before the work starts, the remaining amount is due only when an acceptable offer is received, and a contract of sale is signed.

Please note: If any moving expense sare incurred from an outside source, that amount will be additional to the Stager's fee and payable in advance.

4) Staging an Empty House - $600 to $1,000 $750-1,200 w/virtual tour from AgapaeMedia If the owner has already moved out, or if the house is vacant for any reason, The Esopus Collection is prepared to furnish a home with items that will create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The fee for this service depends on the size of the house, and the number of rooms to be staged. The exact amount is determined by agreement between the Owner and the Stager. One-half of that agreed fee is due when prior to the Staging of the home. The remaining amount is due when an acceptable offer is received, and a contract of sale is signed.
